WHAT IS SELF-DEVELOPMENT COACHING?
Self-development coaching is a process of working with a professional coach like Ruth D. to help individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. It involves exploring an individual's strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs to develop a plan for growth and improvement.
Coach Ruth D. works with the individual to set achievable goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome them. The coaching relationship is designed to empower the individual to take action, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential. Self-development coaching can be used in a variety of contexts, including mindset, blended harmony relationships, career development, and young adult life transitions.
Who is "The Extra Mother"
There are several contexts for The Extra Mother as shown in the photo above. For example, in some contexts, it may refer to a stepmother, who is a woman who is married to a child's father and may assume a motherly role in the child's life. In other contexts, it may refer to a mother figure who is not biologically related to the child but plays a significant role in their upbringing, such as a godmother, mentor, mother-in-law, aunt, or family friend.

Ruth D. Coaching offers an affordable option for individuals looking to invest in their personal and professional growth, with coaching sessions starting at an introductory rate of $50 per hour or a discounted package of $175 for 4 - one-hour sessions (allocated at the request of the client).
